Peacock Bass Licensing

 Sunday, 15th July 2012.

Peacock Bass, a fresh water fish originally came from South America. Nobody ever catch that fish before in Chatt Anglers. Air Kuning which located at Perak near Kampar town is the most famous Peacock Bass heaven in Malaysia.

Captain Ray & Paul went for a sudden trip to join some KL anglers to took their very 1st Peacock Bassing License in the team.

Pond 6.
The magical hour to catch Peacock Bass, if you miss the hour, means you miss the fish.

Weapons that we used:
Captain of course with his Shimano Scorpion XT to prove his loyalty to Shimano products.
Paul with Abu Garcia Revo Elite with Expert Graphite C3 Carbon Cube.

Some shot of our catches:
We've got our Peacock Bass license!
Although nobody able to catch the big emperor. But is a very social and learning trip. See what actually those fish eat? Yes, fly hooks. Or we called it 'MoMo'.
