A relaxing Saturday afternoon, we went to Bukit Tambun Mekong Catfish Pond for some reel & rod testing. 
一個休閒的星期六下午，我們去了一趟武吉淡汶的眉公鲶魚塘。主要是測試一些新買的釣具。

Ben with his new birthday present reel: Shimano ELF C3000 match with Chiew's newly bought Viper Venom II PE1-3 jigging rod. 
Ben帶來了他的生日禮物，Shimano ELF C3000搭配秋剛買的Viper Venom II PE 1-3鐵板杆。

We gonna give some surprise for our Ben Ben.

我們給Ben的一些驚喜。

Before that we have present him a Shimano ELF C3000 reel for light jig usage.

之前經已送了他一組輕型鐵板用的卷線器，Shimano ELF C3000。

We plan to put the reel in a Twin Power or Stella box.
原本打算放進Twin Power或Stella的盒子包裝給他。

But at the end we put it in a Tomman box.

但最後決定了放進Tomman的盒子。

Tadah~!!!

Toman, The Giant Snake Head is the most famous and aggressive fresh water predator fish in Malaysia, as people call it "The Fresh Water Tigers".
多曼，一個既熟悉又陌生的名字。在大馬淡水魚界的老虎，大家伙甚至能夠輕易地摧毀你的前導線，鋼線，路亞，三叉勾。。。

 Some of the big guy even can easily break your shock leader, cable leader, and triple hook...

This is what our captain told us, some of us, are still virgin on it. So, Chatt Anglers June trip is about The Toman Game in Air Ganda Dam.
這是我們的團長告訴我們的，因我們當中還有一些團員是多曼新手，所以我們決定了六月的愛幹達之役。

The departure: 0400hours from Penang.
計劃又是凌晨四點從檳城出發：

Some said this 2 diver lures are "Toman Killer". But, Toman seems more to take the surface lure on that day.
傳說中'多曼殺手'的潛水擬餌。但當天多曼似乎比較喜歡水面擬餌。

團長來到水壩也要暈船，還是曬鹹魚？

Is time to go home, whatever the result is...

無論釣況是好是壞，是時間走人了。

Not everyone are manage to hook up the Toman, some sangkut, some Toman baby's with no mom, some Toman with no appetite... but it is an enjoyfull and happy trip for all of us. Although fishing is not about the result, is about the process. But,

收穫並不是很好的一天，不是所有人都有機會把多曼請上船。有些卡釣，有些沒有媽媽的魚花，有些多曼沒胃口。。。但卻是快樂的一次釣遊。雖然釣魚人常說釣魚不在乎魚獲，只在乎過程，但是。。。
